A little bit about what Wee do and who Wee are...

As a native of Hull MA, I am very familiar with the wonderful outdoor areas surrounding the beautiful South Shore and have enjoyed many years venturing through our parks, beaches and hiking areas. Having been lucky enough to grow up in a family that always had dogs, I have learned very important skills in caring for and raising a variety of dog breeds.

Serving as a foster and volunteer for a few rescue organizations, I am extensively aware of the foster/rescue needs of animals and have assisted in placing countless dogs within safe loving families.

I myself am the very proud guardian of my own "foster success" dog, Trooper. Troo is an Australian Shepard/Husky mix and co-partner of Wee Walk & Play (don't tell him though, he thinks he runs this place), he is a graduate of the Canine Good Citizen course and loves nothing better than running free in the woods.

I am certified in Animal Reiki healing and find that this practice helps animals in relieving pain, stress and anxiety. I am also certified in Pet CPR and first aid and I am currently enrolled in Animal Behavior college and working on my dog trainer certification. Once my course work is complete I will be offering training services. Until then just think of me as the good time auntie....providing lots of fun and just the right amount of discipline. 

 

Having had dogs and various animals my entire life, I have found it only natural to combine my love and experience of dogs, my love of the outdoors, and my love of leading a healthy life style into a business. As a dog "guardian" I know the importance of making sure that all dogs receive the attention, care, exercise and training that they need. I also understand the importance in getting to know each dogs individual behaviors and personalities and treating each with the kindness yet assertiveness that is required. Just as all people are different, all dogs are different. Through Wee Walk & Play I am looking forward to learning about your dog and their own specific needs. It is my goal to assist you in providing your "best buddy" with all that is needed to enjoy the long, happy & healthy life they deserve.
